Reading 2: Tor rejser og Balder dør

Service Description

This class is for those who have completed Reading 1 and/or beginners who don't mind a challenge. The book is written for adults who are learning Danish. There are two stories in the book. One is about Tor (Thor) and the other is about Balder (the poet son of the Norse gods Odin and Frigg). In the class, each student will have multiple opportunities to read aloud and get feedback on pronunciation, and each student will also have many chances to take a shot at translation with the help of the teacher. There are currently 3 copies of the book ready to send out. If there are more that 3 students in the class, those who can't get the book immediately should still order it and they will be able to download the book on the class website while the book is ordered from Denmark. When it arrives, the teacher will send them out to the rest of the students. (It is best to order them in bulk, as they are cheaper that way). Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies: INDIVIDUAL, PRIVATE LESSONS Contact letsdansk@outlook.com at least 24 hours prior to the lesson and we can reschedule the lesson. PRIVATE GROUP LESSONS: Rescheduling can only occur if all students agree to reschedule. If you want to reschedule, contact the other students to see if they can do so. If they can, contact Melissa at letsdansk@outlook.com to reschedule the class. If they can not, you will forfeit the class. The other students will have the class for a shorter period (40 minutes for 2 students, 30 minutes for 1). If you do not have the contact info for the other students, email Melissa and she will find out if the class can be rescheduled. COURSES Students may cancel their booking on the following schedule Up to 72 hours after the first class: 90% refund 4-6 days after the first class: 50% refund After the second class: No refund All refunds will subtract a small fee, which goes to Paypal or the Credit Card company for processing the refund.
